Revista Portuguesa de Educação Musical

The RPEM - Portuguese Journal of Music Education is a publication of APEM - Portuguese Association of Music Education that has been in existence for 52 years. Publishing one number per year, RPEM includes articles in the fields of music and education. Articles may address topics from the major areas of Education and Musicology with an overall interest for Musical Education, which may include ongoing or completed research projects, texts on innovative and significant practices, as well as critical essays. In an open access system, with anonymous peer-review and continuous flow, RPEM publishes, free of charge, original texts that meet the highest level of interest and academic-scientific quality.
