Summary:This qualitative study approaches the educational practice’s development in relation to family themes matters that occur in today’s society, its main goal is to understand in what way can family affairs defy the educational practice. Therefore, this investigation was made from a documentary collection and from real life testimonies, where the interviewed shared their perceptions about family matters and its influence towards educational pratices and their professionals. This study presents an analysis about family concept and its evolution throughtout the years. It is a detailed reflection on the collected interview data where parents, education professionals and a professional parental coach participated. The goal of the developed investigation is to understand in which way can family changes influence society and therefore the educational practice identifying according to the participants perception the biggest challenges of today’s educational practice. It is possible to mention that all the study’s participants consider and defend that family has a significant role in the society’s development and with it in educational practice. This makes it crucial for institutions and their educational professionals to make an effort to develop a permanent work of adaptation to today’s reality.
