Do abismo à perspetiva do Estágio Profissional como sinal de partida: na busca da competência profissional
| Summary: | This document, prepared by a preservice teacher, contains a range of emotions, reflections and perspectives that he currently recognizes as a process of building his personal and professional identity. Its initial part it's focused on making known the personality that integrates this future teacher, exposing and reflecting on the family, sports, academic life and, mainly, on his conceptions and motivations for both the teaching profession and Physical Education which, today, they are part of him. As he is approaching the last steps of his scholarly education, the main topic will revolve around the School Placement as well as his inherent experiences, carried out in a cooperating school (cover) in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Here, in the form of a metaphor, it will be covered the various adversities and challenges inherent to the pedagogical intervention (calligraphy), of a 10th grade class (pages), but also the achievements, triumphs and overcomings invoked by the trainee teacher (writer) in his professional school placement (book). It should be noted that, in this Internship Report, the dynamics created with the educational community will be addressed, especially with the department (library) and the internship nucleus (publisher), addressing their power in increasing the feeling of belonging, evolving the perspective that the author had regarding this stage of training. This entire experience, associated with a reflective routine, led the author to highlight three didactic-pedagogical pillars, being the research included in one of them, where it also seeks to verify the added value, from the students' perspective, regarding the implementation of the Fitness Model. The author recognizes this year as a remarkable and decisive stage for becoming a teacher, believing that, behind the perceived ups and downs, stands out a capacity for problem solving, something essential to tirelessly pursue full competence. |
