Mejoramiento del Parque Automotor del Cuerpo Oficial de Bomberos de Bogotá: Impactos en la Ciudad y la Región

Summary:The present work of degree aims to analyze, compare and implement an operating lease model for the integral management of trucks that provide support in the Official Bogota Fire Department, The analysis is based on an internal diagnosis carried out within the Entity, in which it has been found that many of the vehicles with which it relies on emergency care remain for several periods of time out of service, due to the fact that It has adequate preventive and corrective maintenance or due to obsolescence. The main purpose of this research is to show the impacts of this implementation in the city of Bogotá, since having 24-hour operational vehicles improves response times to emergencies, generating a change and a significant impact on citizenship, while the administrative management of the Official Bogota Fire Department is strengthened in technical, economic and financial aspects that allow for maximizing resources and improving the availability of the elements for comprehensive emergency response in Bogotá .
