Da palavra à palavra: o áudio das notícias nos sites das rádios (2008-2023)

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:Like sound in radio news, audio also plays a crucial role in news on radio websites. Radio journalism, as a sound construction of reality, uses the expressive resources of radio language and its articulation allows recreating the sounds of the world in the news. Although on the Internet radio has other resources and is no longer dependent exclusively on sound, the mother resource is still what distinguishes it from other means and which maintains its essence, although the radio is open to what is new and explores new paths. sound. Taking a previous study as a reference, what we propose is to characterize the audio in the news on the websites of three Portuguese radio stations nationwide. We will also establish a comparison with previous results and identify an evolution line in the last 15 years. In the first study, we concluded that there is a predominance of the use of the word, to the detriment of sound scenarios, practically absent in the audio of the news on the radio websites. Fifteen years later, the word written and spoken maintains its preponderance, but there is also a positive evolution in reporting with a sound environment.
