(Re)Construção Profissional e Pessoal através do Estágio Profissional
| Summary: | "Professional and Personal (Re)Construction through School Placement", this Internship Report, narrates the journey as a Student-Teacher, aspiring to be a teacher, in his first insertion in the world of teaching. It is in the school placement that we have our first contact with the reality of the world of teaching. This is the moment when all the knowledge acquired in the theoretical context is put into practice, and at the same time new contexts are discovered, which require the need to combine all the consolidated knowledge with the versatility of the students, the specificities of each school and the material resources. In this way, the Internship Report aims to provide an overview of the work developed, during the incursion into the school context, carried out in a cooperating school, in this case in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Throughout this document, the main actors who contributed to the transformation are presented, as a student and future teacher, the guiding documents of the teaching activity are also presented, the involvement with the Educational Community is also addressed and also the auxiliary documents to solve problems inherent to the Supervised Teaching Practice. The investigative component arose as a result of the implicit contextual constraints felt by the author, when performing his pedagogical practice, seeking to understand the influence of small classes on pedagogical practice, from the teacher's point of view. During the School Placement, the intern goes through a process of "cutting before becoming a diamond", in which the author recognizes that this was a complex process marked by periods of fear, anxiety and excitement, in which self-knowledge is the necessary instrument to improve the skills and competencies of the intern, in the search to achieve excellence in teaching. |
