Resumo:The Professional Internship is the last stage of the initial training, in which the Intern is confronted with the fusion of theoretical and practical actions and with the unpredictability of a real context of practice. During this course, you are faced with some adversity, reflecting on them, seeking to develop professionally. In the Internship Report presented, it is granted the process of construction the puzzle trough the development oh their personal and professional dimension of a intern, along the professional internship. This document is organized into five chapters which represent each piece that was part of this process. Thus, presents, briefly, my experiences, sharing and moments lived with colleagues, teachers and students in cooperanting school, as well as, the importance of the relationship beteween personal and professional characteristics. The Internship Report it also includes a study of action research reference to student motivation, throughout the teaching-learning process and finally, is made an appreciation of the year of professional internship and a reflection on future perspectives
