A implatação de um sistema de comunicação para a rede de educação do município de São Luís
| Summary: | This work sought to study the application of TIC as an essential resource that makes it possible to interconnect the information and communication system in the municipal administrative apparatus. In order to streamline, from a central technological resource, all administrative processes related to SEMED and to municipal schools. This study was developed through an exploratory research that, through data collection, questionnaires, and the construction of graphs in Microsoft Word, sought to evaluate: the number of SEMED employees and the schools that know how to use the technological resources; The number of computers installed in these municipal public agencies; As well as how many of these organizations have access to the internet, and so on. The result of the samples showed that there is a great deficiency of municipal public servants who do not know how to use the technological contribution properly. And there are also an expressive number of them that occupy positions and public functions in a single sector and shift, emphasizing, in this case, the school secretaries. It is also noticed the lack of computers in schools, as well as the limitation of networks that would allow access to the Internet. This shows that, through the discussion raised in this research, it is possible to implement the system, provided that the secretariat does an organizational restructuring and tailor the sectors and employees to a new administrative proposal, with the acquisition of resources from some governmental programs, both at the federal and state levels. Therefore, in case the network system is deployed, SAINF will be the sector responsible to carry out the processes with greater agility and efficiency, in order to avoid unnecessary expenditures that are currently carried out manually |
