Bibliographic Details
Summary:comparative literature, as an institutional discipline, is defined by the need to work on foreign works. This very necessity is questioned here. Creating and commenting on a relationship between texts, even when there is none, is a way of creating a “possible text”, which is a new definition of the traditional French notion of “comparative fact”.
