Relatório de Estágio Profissional "A utopia do bom Professor: Um anão querendo ser gigante"

Resumo:As part of the curricular unit Professional Internship, during the second year of cycle studies, leading to a Master degree in Teaching of Physical Education in basic and secondary education of the College of Sport, University of Porto (FADEUP), I started my activity in the Alberto Sampaio School Group, in Braga, as a teacher. It was the return to an educational community after experience in sport-specific instruction that has marked me deeply and is illustrated in a critical and reflective way in this present practicum report. This is organized into five chapters: 1) Introduction, presenting/where I present a summary of this report's content; 2) Personal Background, where I present myself, my motivations and my expectations related to this professional internship; 3) Professional Practice Framework, which encompasses the characterization of the practice context in which I was inserted and alludes to the understanding of practicum training/a professional internship; 4) Performance of the Professional Practice, where a critical and reflective approach is made to my intervention in accordance with three performance areas: area I - Organization and management of teaching and learning, area II - School participation and relationship with the community and area III - Professional development, which includes the action-research study: "Questions that remain unanswered"; 5) Conclusions and Future Prospects, which incorporates a balance of all the learnings (learning material) I retained during the professional internship and a perspective of what my future can hold
